Regular price $60.00The “Revive & Thrive” cleanse consists of six 16-ounce cold pressed juices and one 4-ounce cold pressed juice shot for each day of the cleanse. A certified Holist Health Practitioner curates each recipe to promote cleansing, detoxing, and supporting weight loss by flooding your bloodstream with liquid nutrition.
The “Revive & Thrive” cleanse recipes are only available through the cleanse currently and feature all new recipes that provide the body with hydration, surge in energy levels, and mental clarity just to name a few. Drinking these recipes during extended cleanses such as 3–7-day cleanse helps to reset your taste buds to crave for more whole foods over processed food.
Please note that there are 2-3 pounds of fruits and vegetables in each 16-ounce bottle, you are indeed “feasting” not fasting. Our bodies are programmed to detox and rejuvenate themselves but cannot do so when it has been overwhelmed with processed food, meat, and dairy products. Benefits: Immune booster, supports eye and heart health, healthy skin, decreases sugar cravings
4.) 12 PM - Power Plant: Pineapple, Celery, Lemon, Ginger
Benefits: Improves digestion, decreases bloating, decreases inflammation, promotes waste removal.
5.) 2 PM - Calm Cascade: Apple, Pear, Lemon, Turmeric, Ginger
Benefits: Regulates blood sugar levels, anti-inflammatory, promotes gut health, and improves circulation.
6.) 4:30 PM - Beet Bliss: Beet & Pineapple
Benefits: Blood purification, cell regeneration, improves heart health, decreases blood pressure, and regulates blood sugar levels. (Do not be alarmed of red stools, they should dissipate with 24 hours after drinking the juice)
