Thank you for choosing Pharmarooticals! We are committed to providing you with high-quality, cold-pressed juices. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds. Please review the policy below.

1. All Sales are Final

Due to the perishable nature of our products, all sales are considered final. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded, except in cases of product quality issues as outlined below.

2. Product Quality Issues

If you receive a product that you believe is spoiled or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. To process your claim, we require the following:

  • A detailed description of the issue.
  • Photographic evidence showing the product’s condition upon arrival.
  • Proof of purchase, such as the order confirmation email or receipt.

Once we review your claim, we will determine whether a replacement or refund is warranted.

3. Eligibility for Replacement or Refund

Replacements or refunds are eligible only if:

  • The product was damaged upon arrival.
  • The product was spoiled upon receipt, which is uncommon with proper shipping.
  • The claim is made within 24 hours of receiving the product.
  • Shipping cost will be covered by the purchaser in the event that an item is replaced.

Note: Products that have been improperly stored (e.g., not refrigerated upon receipt) are not eligible for refunds or replacements.

4. Shipping Issues and Delays

We work with trusted carriers to ensure timely delivery, but we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier once the package has left our facility. Please track your order using the tracking information provided.

If an order is delayed, please contact the shipping provider directly. Pharmarooticals cannot issue refunds or replacements for products delayed in transit.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Due to health and safety reasons, perishable items cannot be returned under any circumstances.

6. How to Request a Refund or Replacement

To request a refund or replacement, please contact us at orders@pharmarooticals.com within the 24-hour window. Include all required documentation and images as outlined in the “Product Quality Issues” section. Please allow 24-48 business hours for a response.

7. Refund Processing Time

If approved, refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original method of payment. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
